Small things matter a lot in life, and every small moment we spend with someone means the world to us. So is the case with my dear cousin sister Nithya in USA; for whom I have penned the below poem:

Every moment spent with you, precious

The Chicago outings

Especially the Lake Michigan cruise

Not to mention, the Hancock Towers

The entire Ireland experience

Particularly the Cliffs of Moher

Every little thing doth matter

The word association game

The post-dinner walks

With you and Shreeja

You made me feel at home

Then, now and always

Let’s not forget, the drinks and dinner at Breeze

Lunch at Red Olives

Your fabulous pre-wedding party

Followed by a more intimate little dinner party

Discussing your medical profession

With you, absolutely no inhibition

Every smile of yours, I remember

Every hug, I treasure

Yes, indeed every moment with you is precious
