Who Stands With Palestine?

This is the first sonnet I am writing and it is dedicated to the people of Palestine:

Who stands with Palestine?

The whole world, insane

Turning a blind eye to evil

An epic fail

For social justice

And of course, peace

For God’s sake, a genocide is going on

You all letting it happen!

It’s the Holocaust all over again

Dear Palestinians, we feel your pain

But we’ve failed you so many times

It’s as good as silence

Let me ask once again

Who stands with Palestine?
