Poem dedicated to Vasudharini, wife of Anirudh; one of my closest cousins:

A beautiful soul

Kind to one and all

Possessing an angelic smile

Unassuming and humble

For Anirudh, a very caring spouse

And for the family, a source

Of immense support

And of course, delight!

A beautiful soul

Rarely dull

Even during the darkest of times

Always a soothing presence

Anirudh and you will be there

For each other

Through heaven and hell

Because, you have the wherewithal

To withstand the worst of storms

And come out with flying colours!!

A beautiful soul

Forever, will I be grateful

That you came into Anirudh’s life

May you both have a wonderful life

Overcoming all sorts of adversities

Achieving success after success

And of course

Finding your inner peace
