Poem dedicated to Sridhar Chitappa, a very close uncle of mine in Chicago:

The coolest uncle, you are

A thoroughly knowledgeable character

A very genial host

With many a fine taste

Capable of talking for hours

A keen cricketing sense

Extremely altruistic

And on the whole, fantastic!

The coolest uncle, you are

For anybody and everybody, you care

Incredibly sound at managing things

Putting us all at ease

The person you’d most need

When stranded on an island!!

The coolest uncle, you are

With a family to die for

All, so so supportive

And always positive

With you, impossible not to have fun

Can discuss any topic under the Sun

Your games, so fascinating

On the whole, an awesome human being

Let’s try to catch up soon

And may you shine as brightly as the Moon!!
