Poem dedicated to my very dear sister Shreeja, who is currently working in London. Here is the content:

You, I miss very much

Not a single operation, do you ever botch

An awesome sister, you are

So happy am I, to be your brother

So much fun are you, to be around

We share a beautiful bond

I love your wit and sarcasm

Most of the time, do you stay calm!

You, I miss very much

Noone, do you ever ditch

Even if s/he hurts you

Really, are you so true

And at the same time, not a softie either

Fools, certainly you do not suffer!!

You, I miss very much

Your general knowledge is extremely rich

Someone picks up some random topic, you can go on talking

Somebody tells you his/her problems, you can go on listening

An excellent lawyer, you are

For your clients, greatly do you care

Truly, do you show us the human side of law

No wonder, are we all in awe!!

You, I miss very much

Whenever there is a major hitch

You panic not

But just do your bit

To ensure things are up and running

Without you, are we nothing!!

You, I miss very much

And I want to say, thanks a bunch

Because, you saved me from a massive crisis

Something that I’ll remember always

Also, are you an incredible guide

Every time, do you take the lead

When it comes to touring

With you around, not a single moment can ever be called “boring” !!

You, I miss very much

Your presence is such

That it can turn depression to happiness

Cruelty to kindness

Pride to humility

And finally

Negativity to positivity
