You Provide The Worst Service

I started using Airtel’s mobile network in December 2022 and initially the service was mediocre, then steadily grew worse and since this year has been pathetic to the core; hence, I’m venting my feelings in the form of a poem:

You provide the worst service

With countless call drops

And voice cracking over and over again

Talking on the phone

Is a massive pain

Without a single gain!

You provide the worst service

Repeatedly testing our patience

Appalling network coverage

Filling us with rage

Abysmal call quality

Ensuring we customers never are happy

And almost non-existent mobile data

To you, shall we say “TATA”?

You provide the worst service

Giving excuse after excuse

As we send mail after mail

Lethargy, your protocol

Your words mean nothing

You don’t do anything!!

You provide the worst service

Your attitude reeks of arrogance

We’ve given you enough chances

Therefore, time to end this

Goodbye and good riddance!!
